Fair market value will be attained without putting a limit on how much you can make. Selling at auction creates a competitive bidding war, and value will be given! Initially, we will inspect the seller’s situation and determine if the auction method best suits your needs.
showing schedule.
Numerous showings will be eliminated as much as possible, as there will be a property inspection time marketed to the buyers. This creates a buying atmosphere and less hassle for the seller.
auction timeline.
Auctions are typically scheduled approximately 45 days from the auction date, pending the complexity of the marketing schedule. You can expect to close on the property on or before 30 days post auction.
auction costs.
Commission is paid in the form of a buyer’s premium, eliminating seller paid commission. The cost of a real estate auction will be determined by your marketing outline. The marketing fees can be paid up front or out of the auction proceeds, pending the terms set at the time the auction is scheduled. The marketing schedule will be provided and negotiated directly with you as our partners in the process.

The auction contract is designed to protect the results of the auction. No contingencies for inspections, appraisers, financing, or lender requirements. The seller must provide clear title to the buyer, and this is researched in advance of the auction event.
